An international IT vendor overloaded its partners with too many messages, programs, and resources. Partners were frustrated with the vendor's communications, both on its Web site and through sales and marketing account management. Global Touch worked with the client to develop an interactive, customizable, multi-lingual dashboard to consolidate information across the client’s corporate and partner Web sites. The customizable dashboard allowed each member of a partner’s organization to personalize information to their unique job function or requirements. |
